Bank Transfer and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company tansfer and 11 days for Personal Cheque due to current banking policy.

We guarantee all the normal orders will be processed in 2 business days, but we are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
Normally, the eParcel of Australia Post takes two to 10 business days to deliver parcel to our customers, depending on the destination. In case that you do not receive your parcel within the aforesaid time span, the parcel might have lost. Then you should inform us as soon as possible so that we could lodge a complaint of lost parcel to the eParcel of Australia Post.Our delivery and service charges listed on the website only cover Australia. Return Policy:
1. Return is ONLY acceptable if the product you purchased has NOT been used.
2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request through order@electricscooter.net.au. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you need to contact us to obtain a RMA number within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for it.
4. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please save all the documentation and packaging materials in case a claim needs to be filed.
5. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
6. In returning the product to us for whatever reasons, you are responsible for the delivery costs in full, and C.O.D. on shipments are not accepted.
